LocalCast for Chromecast/DLNA is a great solution for streaming the entire contents of your Android on any device connected to your Chromecast.
The app works almost like a file browser, so you can move comfortably through all the folders on your Android. On the side panel, you'll find shortcuts to your multimedia library so you can quickly send video, music, and pictures.
The streaming of multimedia files is instantaneous. With music, for example, you just click on the name of a song and it will instantly start playing on your Chromecast device, showing the album cover on the screen of both your Android and Chromecast devices.
When playing videos, is very important to note that not all formats are supported. You can only play videos in MP4, MKV, 3GP, and M4V.
LocalCast for Chromecast/DLNA is an excellent way to enjoy all the multimedia content on your Android on a big screen (which is usually where you'd connect Chromecast).

it forces you to have the latest google play services and it is not half as good as the allcast (that is good)
